A minimum of 24 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 24 hours of checkin time, forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled.

The mountain river panoramas can be admired from your very own private balcony and in the evening the sparkling lights of Surfers Paradise can be enjoyed. The rooms are configured with either one Queen bed, two Double beds or two Queen beds (bedding configuration cannot be guaranteed). The rates are based on 2 adults in the room with a maximum of 3 adults or 2 adults and 2 children permitted in each room. An additional charge of $40.00 per night applies for a 3rd adult staying in the room even when using existing bedding. Getting there
The GCI is situated at 7 Staghorn Avenue only a couple of hundred metres North of Cavill Avenue, Surfers Paradise. The Gold Coast Airport is located 30km (approx 25 minutes drive) South of the GCI and the Brisbane International & Domestic Airport is 90km (approx 1hour drive) to the North.

Check in Procedure
Should your reserved room become available prior to 2:00 pm, we would be delighted to allow you early access to your room. Whilst every attempt is made to offer an early check in, this cannot be guaranteed.
On check-in, photo identification and a method of payment will be required to cover any incidental charges. This may be in the form of a cash bond or a credit card pre-authorisation.
All guests must be a minimum of 18 years of age unless accompanied by a parent or legal guardian.

The GCI offers a fully equipped 24 hour business centre with access to broadband internet, printing and photocopying facilities. Broadband access is also available in all rooms.
