All apartments are 4½ star rated and are modern, spacious and tastefully furnished to the highest standards for your comfort. They provide a fully equipped Kitchen with full size oven, dishwasher & microwave, Tea & coffee facilities, separate Living and Dining areas, Widescreen TV & DVD Microsystem, Individually controlled Air-conditioning, Laundry with washer & dryer, Daily room servicing (except Sunday), Direct dial phones with voice mail, 24 hour Reception, Security and Parking. All 2 bedroom apartments have two bathrooms. Secured onsite car parking is available at an extra charge.
We also offer a range of Executive Apartments – Two Bedroom Executive Apartments offer more space internally, superior fitout (European Appliances, Digital TV) and extensive views over either the City, the Bay or the Arts Centre & the scenic Kings Domain gardens. They are located between Level 11 and 18. Three Bedroom Executive Apartments are also very spacious and are located on Level 22.
In order to promote a pleasant environment for our Guests, Quest Southbank has a strict No Party Policy. Guests who hold parties risk being evicted from their apartment.
Local Building Development - We would like to advise our Guests that there is a new high rise apartment building being constructed next door to Quest Southbank. The Builder has advised that every effort will be made to minimise noise and disruption to local residents. The Builder's construction works will operate between the hours of 7am to 4pm – Monday to Saturday. Quest Southbank have put in place a number of processes to minimise any disruptions.

From Tullamarine Freeway, drive towards Melbourne City along CityLink, over Bolte Bridge take Power Street exit, turn right onto City Road, then right onto Southbank Boulevard (BMW will be on your left). Travel along Southbank Boulevard about 200 metres and turn left at second set of traffic lights into Kavanagh Street. Approximately 20 minutes.
