Check in Procedure: Reception Hours: Monday to Friday 7am to 7pm Saturday 7am to 3pm Sunday 8am to 2 pm Check in time is from 2 pm. We are happy to store your luggage for you prior to 2 pm if your room is not ready. If reception is closed when you arrive, your room keycards will be in the night safe outside reception, in the corner by the red hose reel at the back of the disabled car park. To access the safe: Key in your 6 digit booking number, then press ENTER. The keycard and holder will drop to the bottom. Push the door panel open to access your card and card holder. Your keycard opens the security garage door via the keycard slot that is on the first charcoal grey pillar on your right as you enter the driveway. The lift is through the glass doors on your left as you enter the garage. The keycard also gives pedestrian access to the garage and your room or apartment. DIRECTIONS

From the North (towards the city)
If you're driving from the north on the Bruce Highway keep going straight towards the city on Gympie Road through Aspley and past Marchant Park, past the Westfield Chermside Shopping Centre. Turn first left after the Hamilton Road lights into Hall street, left again into Thomas Street.

From the South (from the city)

If you're coming from the south the easiest route is via Lutwyche Road which leads onto Gympie Road, through the suburbs of Lutwyche and Kedron. Turn right onto Kuran Street (first set of traffic lights after Rode Road), left on Kingsmill Street, left into Hall Street and right to Thomas Street.

From the East (from the Airport)

If you're coming from the east, follow the East-west Arterial Road under the Gateway motorway, and keep going straight until Sandgate Road, Turn right, past Toombul Shopping Centre, and through the Nundah tunnel. Turn left into Hamilton Road, then left onto Thomas Street

From the West (from the mountains)

Head straight along Hamilton Road until you pass Gympie Rd. Turn right onto Charlotte Street (second turn on the right after Gympie Rd), follow the road round to the right, then turn right on Thomas Street
