Air on Broadbeach is an ultra-modern beachfront apartment building in the heart of Broadbeach across from the beach and foreshore parks. We have 1, 2 & 3 bedroom apartments and sky villas, all fully air-conditioned and furnished with the highest standard decor.

Being built over the Oasis Shopping Centre, access to the mono rail link to Jupiters, exclusive shopping and many award winning restaurants are within close proximity.

Our facilities include complimentary security carparking, a 25m heated lap pool, childrens' pool, full size tennis court, outdoor BBQ terrace and sundeck, gymnasium and landscape gardens.

Please read these booking terms and conditions carefully as they incorporate the basis upon which bookings are accepted by Air on Broadbeach.

AIR ON BROADBEACH – CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT TIMES:
Check-in time: From 2.00 pm
Check out time: Prior to10.00 am
Late check out: An extra night’s rate will apply (subject to availability)
All apartments at Air on Broadbeach are NON SMOKING within the apartment. If not adhered to there will be an extra cleaning and deodorizing charge.
MAXIMUM OCCUPANCY is as follows:
1 Bedroom: 2 persons
2 Bedroom: 4 persons
3 Bedroom: 6 persons
4 Bedroom: 8 persons
Cots are available for hire and are accepted in addition to the maximum number of persons above.
IDENTIFICATION:
A current driver’s licence, passport or other form of photo identification (ID) will be requested prior to check in to identify guest. All credit card usage is to be accompanied by ID. If you do not wish to use a credit card, you must arrange an alternative payment process, ensuring that any EFT money transfer or cheque is received by us five (5) working days prior to arrival and that you have adequate cash on arrival to cover the security bond/deposit of $1000.
SECURITY BOND:
A credit card will be asked for at time of check in and will be used to cover incidental items such as (but not limited to):
•Telephone charges•Any breakages or damage incurred during your stay•Any excessive cleaning charges, above the normal level of cleaning due to the apartment being left in an unacceptable state.•Any recreational charge eg. Tours•Additional servicing charges.In the event that the guest cannot provide a credit card as a guarantee, a cash security deposit of $1000 will be required along with photo identification. This security deposit will be refunded on departure once the apartment has been inspected by Staff.
SERVICES PROVIDED:
Housekeeping & linen service will only be provided to guests staying nine (9) nights or more at which a mid stay service clean will be provided. If extra servicing is required additional charges will apply.
RUBBISH REMOVAL:
A “recycle” and “general rubbish” chute is located on each level.
CANCELLATION POLICY:
Please note that in accordance with our tariff sheet, rates are subject to change without notice. No-shows: full tariff is charged. Guests who reduce length of stay once in-house will not receive a refund on nights booked and paid for unless the accommodation is re-let.

All apartments at Air on Broadbeach are privately owned, therefore through designated owner usage we are unable to guarantee a specific unit to a guest. We will however consider all reasonable requests and endeavour to satisfy your wishes.
Please note all of our apartments are of the same standard and all have ocean views, although all from different aspects.
TRAVEL INSURANCE:
We recommend that at the time of booking you consider purchasing a travel insurance policy of your choice. Travel Insurance can be purchased from any travel agent or online.
UNACCOMPANIED MINORS:
A child/children who is/are travelling/staying without the accompaniment of an adult over the age of 18 years is considered by most airlines/hotels as an unaccompanied minor/s. Unaccompanied minor reservations are not accepted by Air on Broadbeach.
LIMIT OF LIABILITY:
We do our best to ensure your booking arrangements are satisfactory however, Air on Broadbeach does not accept any liability whatsoever for any injury damage, loss, delay, additional expenses, or inconvenience caused directly or indirectly by any events which are beyond its control including, but not limited to, war, civil disturbance, terrorism, fire, floods, acts of God, acts of Government or of any other authorities, accident to, or failure of, machinery or equipment, maintenance requirements or industrial action.
SPECIAL CONDITIONS:
If in the event that Air on Broadbeach cannot provide the apartment accommodation as requested we will find alternative accommodation in another apartment type at the property.
In the event that a guest fails to pay immediately upon demand, any amount owing to Air on Broadbeach pursuant to the booking and accommodation (including without limitation those incidentals such as telephone, cleaning, etc., set out above), Air reserves the right to deny access to the guest and ask that they vacate the premises.
In the event that a guest or their visitor has caused damage to the property or disturbance to other guests/occupants of the property, Air on Broadbeach reserves the right to ask the guest or visitor to leave and to forfeit any monies paid and will require the guest to pay for any damage caused.
If a guest/occupant behaves in an unacceptable or aggressive manner to other guests/occupants or Air on Broadbeach staff, or is suspected of carrying out illegal acts on the premises, that guest/occupant will be asked to leave and the appropriate authorities will be notified. All monies paid will be forfeited.
Air on Broadbeach does not accept excessive noise on the premises and does not permit parties. Guests will be asked to vacate the premises without refund immediately if found to be creating excessive noise, having a party or exceeding the number of permitted guests. This will be strictly enforced. We ask you to contact reception should you experience other guests causing you discomfort.
