Check in Procedure: Access out of hours is gained by using the telephone at the front glass doors. The out of hours service has already been given your surname. They will then activate the front door and give you the code to the safe which is located on the left hand wall in the lobby (under the brochure board). Inside the safe is a letter addressed to you with keys and a description of how to locate your apartment. Information on local 7-11 store etc. is also in the letter.

Reception hours: Monday to Friday 8.30 AM - 5 PM, Saturdays, Sundays & PHolidays 9am - noon

Ages: Infant 0 - 2 Children 3 - 14

Parking: Security car parking is provided underground in the building. The \"fob\" which is also given to you on arrival through the night safe allows you to gain access to the underground parking area.

Description of Anchor Down Apartments:

Anchor Down Holiday Apartments, Surfers Paradise, is a fabulous spacious low rise apartment complex with one and two bedroom fully self-contained apartments. Within easy walking distance to all amenities including the beach, shops, restaurants, supermarkets, public transport, RSL club and bowls club (for those inexpensive meals) and Cavill Mall (the heart of Surfers) for nightlife and markets.

Most of the apartments overlook the extensive tropical gardens, which extend down to the Nerang River. There is a heated swimming pool and spa, as well as a covered barbecue area, within the gardens, which are available daily for the use of all guests.

The apartments are fully self-contained with a full kitchen including stove, refrigerator and microwave oven and all have full laundry facilities too. Most apartments also have a full sized bath. All apartments have Foxtel cable television at no additional cost.

1.5 hour drive from Brisbane airport

Travel from south on the Gold Coast Highway to Surfers Paradise. Turn right into Surfers Paradise Blvd then first left to 43 Enderley Ave.

Travel from north.
Take the Smith St exit and follow it until you meet a T intersection. Turn right to the Gold Coast Highway and continue through the business centre of Surfers Paradise. Turn right into Enderley Ave - 2 blocks past Q1,a 80 storey landmark.
