The resort was built in 1999 & consists of fully self contained air con 1 & 2 bed Units/2 bed villas with 2 bathrooms. Situated on the Southport Broadwater looking across to Seaworld close to major shops & theme parks.
Pool,heated spa, gym, sauna & BBQ area, with tennis court. Transport is conveniently at the door.
If booking outside office hours 9-5pm Mon-Fri, Sat 9-12, Sunday & Public Holiday 9-11, Please call office at least 2 hours before arrival to discuss late check in procedure.

How to get to Blue Water Bay Luxury Villas:
Take the Smith Street exit #66 off the Motorway from Brisbane or Coolangatta which will lead you on to North Street and turn left at the set of lights cnr Marine Parade/Gold Coast Highway.You will see a 60k zone speed sign, follow the white line along the road where you can park and the line will start to taper in, when it does that is our driveway.(Driveway is sharp left) Proceed to the visitor's area in the underground carpark & walk around the front to reception.

Blue Water Bay is close to major shopping centres & theme parks. Accessible to Griffith Uni. Take a walk on the Broadwater esplanade, wet a line or hire a boat/jet ski/kayak or canoe or relax by the pool or the toddlers pool with the kids. Follow up with a BBQ lunch after a game of tennis or workout in the gym & sauna room
