Check in Procedure: On check in, travel documents are required. Either credit card details or $100 cash bond are required on arrival as a security deposit for the room. Extras are payable on arrival. Check in outside reception hours can be arranged by phoning reception 24 hours prior to arrival.
Reception hours: 8.30am-5pm weekdays & 9.00am-12 midday weekends.

Parking: Each unit contains one secure car space. Limited visitors spaces within the complex.
Description of Diamond Cove Resort:
Diamond Cove Resort is a low rise, security complex containing 1, 2 and 3 bedroom fully self contained, air conditioned units. The 30m lagoon style pool, which is heated all year round for your comfort and the BBQ area are surrounded by tropical landscaped grounds located on a quite street just off the main Gold Coast Highway in the heart of Mermaid Beach.

Reception incorporates a small kiosk and a comprehensive tour desk and booking service. Diamond Cove Resort is a family oriented resort.

We are located in the heart of Mermaid Beach, just off the Gold Coast Highway. If driving, when you see Sizzler, KFC and the Mermaid Beach Tavern, turn into Crescent Avenue at the set of traffic lights.
