Description of Hi Surf Beachfront Resort Apartments:
Hi-Surf is a luxury holiday high rise apartment building located on the Esplanade at Surfers Paradise and overlooking the famous all year round patrolled beach. It is a short walking distance (along the picturesque 'Beach Board Walk'), to exciting Shopping, Entertainment and Dining facilities in the central 'Surfers' Area.

All apartments will guarantee you an ocean and beach vista, are fully self-contained, have outstanding beautiful views with large sun balconies, and have been tastefully furnished and decorated. They are equipped with colour TV and direct dial telephone. You have a choice of one or two bedroom apartments, all have ceiling fans, ensuite facilities, as well as a main bathroom with bath and separate shower. They have a fully equipped kitchen with microwave oven and dishwasher, and a modern laundry with washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities.

On site indoor and outdoor heated pools and spas for relaxation all year round, together with tour desk, outdoor pool table, gymnasium and sauna, undercover BBQ and cabana area & children's playground.

School Leavers, unfortunately we do not have the policies, procedures or resources to accommodate the unique needs of school leavers during the annual Schoolies Festival. In particular we do not have adequate resources to engage qualified security personnel to guarantee the safety, comfort and convenience of our guests during this period. For this reason we reserve the right to reject bookings from school and/or university leavers. If you still choose to book your accommodation through us and it turns out that you are school and/or university leavers, your booking will be cancelled and NO refund will be given.
