KOMUNE BEACH CLUB
Komune Beach Club is designed as your all day place to hang, re-charge and charge! Kick back & listen to tunes, trawl the net, check the waves and mix good times with good people.
Unlike most hotels, on weekends you'll find a vibrant scene in our Beach Club with local and international DJ sets and some delicious live acts and poolside sunset sessions. Our fully licensed public Beach Club hosts regular DJ sets, fashion parades and live entertainment and may at times not be suitable for families with young children or “fuddy duddys”.
Sit back with the latest movies and sporting action on the pool deck with personal noise cancelling headsets, or go for highest score on the beach club’s classic arcade machine.
Fresh, local, organic produce is used for a simple, but world class menu including pizzas and salads to ensure that all tastes and budgets are catered for. Those with a thirst can get quenched with a cold beer or sublime cocktail at the bar.

Coolangatta Airport to Komune, Coolangatta (4km, 10 Min);
1. Head south on Terminal Avenue towards Tom Norris Drive
2. Continue straight through the traffic lights over Gold Coast Highway onto Johnston Street
3. Turn right at Pacific Parade (from here drive along the beachfront all the way)
4. At the roundabout, take the first exit onto Musgrave Street (drive along the beachfront)
5. Continue onto Marine Parade. Go through one roundabout (drive along the beachfront)
6. Turn left at the traffic lights to stay on Marine Parade (drive along the beachfront)
7. Komune Resort will be on the right at the end of the street. The address is 146 Marine Parade, Coolangatta QLD 4225‎.

Komune - Gold Coast is walking distance from;
-Snapper Rocks, Home of the Quicksilver Pro and ‘Superbank’ - a five minute walk or a three minute bolt across the road and around the headland
-Greenmount - as long as it takes to grab your board and cross the road
-Duranbah ‘D-bar’ - a five minute walk or three minute run with your board
-Kirra - three minutes walk
-Cafes and restaurants; a massive selection of restaurants are all within arm’s reach of the resort with everything you need - only a two minute walk away
-Bars, clubs and watering holes - a two minute walk, no taxi home needed here!

Payments
For all online bookings the full payment will be debited off your credit card at time of booking.
Cancellation policy
Reservations cancelled more than 30 days out from arrival date incur fee of 50% of the booking cost.
Reservations cancelled less than 30 days out from arrival date incur a loss of 100% of the booking cost.
Pre Authorisation Deposit on Arrival
As a security deposit for payment of incidentals, restaurant tab and to ensure no damage or loss occurs in the room, all bookings require a pre authorisation of a credit card to the amount of $150 upon check in. If you do not have a credit card you can pay a security cash deposit of $150 and this will be returned on check out.
Guests agree that any damage, incidental costs or room charges will be deducted from their credit card prior to leaving or the amount will be taken from the held security deposit or credit card.
Licensed Venue
Our ground floor and pool area Komune Beach Club is a fully licensed venue open to the public. Therefore no alcohol can be brought into the Beach Club licenced areas from outside the venue. Due to Licensing restrictions all children under the age of 18 must be supervised at all times by a responsible adult while in the Beach Club area. Komune Beach Club has regular DJ's and live entertainment from Wednesday to Sunday. The Beach Club outdoor areas close at 9PM and the indoor areas at 12AM. The indoor areas of our beach club are sound rated for resort guest comfort after 9PM.

Komune and its management reserve the right to refuse entry to, or evict any guest for any reason, including; infringing these terms and conditions, the resorts liquor license and house policy, jeopardising the health and safety of other guests, or irresponsible behaviour.
