Our location in central Broadbeach is only a short stroll to the CBD and alfresco dining of the Broadbeach area, also located within easy walking distance is the giant Pacific Fair Shopping centre, patrolled surf beach, Jupiters Casino and the Gold Coast Convention Centre.

Please note that we have a strict no party tolerance in the building as we are predominantly residential. For this reason, there is a strict 9pm noise curfew. Any loud noise or disturbance issues after this hour will result in immediate eviction from the property by our on call security or local police.

We have a non smoking policy in place within the building or in the building grounds.

Any call out of management after hours to attend to disturbances or lock outs will result in $100.00 call out fee being charged and payable in cash on the spot.

Please note any damages in the apartment will be charged to the guest account as will any excessive cleaning if the apartment is left in a bad state on departure. All apartments are inspected before arrival and will be inspected again on your departure.

Travelling north on the Gold Coast Hwy turn right into Margaret Ave & first left into Surf Parade then right into George Avenue. Taxi directions to 14 George Avenue, Broadbeach.

Ultra Broadbeach is only a short walk north to the Broadbeach CBD, approximately six minutes. Here you will find banks, eateries from alfresco to al-a-carte, coffee shops, boutiques & the Gold Coast Convention Centre. Walk west about eight minutes and you come to Pacific Fair Shopping Centre, the largest shopping resort on the Gold Coast. Pacific Fair has almost every shop available and visited by ninety percent of tourists that visit the Gold Coast. Catch the monorail from the Oasis Shopping Centre (Broadbeach CBD) and take in a show or meal at Jupiter’s Casino or play the tables and win a fortune.

Go east about three minutes and you come to the stunning beaches of the Gold Coast. The beach at Broadbeach is skirted by 35 acres of parklands with concrete walkways the whole length. The walkway has exercise programs at certain points and for the fitness conscious, it is a chance to exercise daily in a beautiful environment.
