Located on the beautiful Sapphire Coast opposite Merimbula Lake, the Black Dolphin Motel features 46 rooms ranging from 3.5 star standard motel and family rooms to 4 star deluxe motel rooms (some with kitchenettes) and apartments.

The complex offers exclusive guest usage of a heated (between September to May) pool and spa, half tennis court, guest laundry, BBQ facilities and is set on 2.5 acres of landscaped gardens.

The motel's fully licensed restaurant is opened daily for breakfast with evening times varying (please contact reception for further information).

The Black Dolphin Motel offers conference facilities and equipment for up to 75 delegates. With reception equipped to assist with all your faxing and photocopying needs. Catering can also be provided for breakfast, morning tea, lunch, afternoon tea and dinner by our dedicated chef and team.

Transportation to Merimbula is offered daily by bus companies such as Greyhound, V-Line and CountryLink, by air through Regional Express Airlines (REX) or via car. Merimbula also has a taxi service operating in the local and surrounding areas.

The Black Dolphin Motel is located from the South (Eden) 2km passed the airport on the right next to the "United" service station. Or travelling from the north (Bega), right at the T-intersection (where Merimbula Drive meets Market Street) across the bridge and to the right where you will find us next door to the "United" service station on your left.

The Black Dolphin Motel is centrally located to all of Merimbula's attractions including whale and dolphin watching cruises, fishing charters, Magic Mountain Family Recreation Park, Top Fun Amusement Centre, Merimbula Aquarium, social clubs, boutique shops and restaurants. With 5 golf courses located all within a 30 minutes drive.

Merimbula also offers a range of water sports such as guided snorkelling safaris, scuba dives, canoeing tours, surfing with learn to surf lessons available, body boarding or simply swimming.
