The Glass House Mountains Ecolodge provides a unique style of accomodation situated in an organic orchard. Located at the foot of Mt. Tibrogargan, the Ecolodge is ideally located to explore the majestic peaks of the Glass House Mountains area, visit Steve Irwins Australia Zoo only 10 minutes away or take a leisurely drive to one of the many beaches of the Sunshine Coast.
Each Orchard room has a quuen size bed and own bathroom and opens onto a deck overlooking the orchard and provides a spectaculer view of Mt. Tibrogargan. Forest Family rooms have a queen size bed and a set of bunks (2 singles) and open to a Rainforest view. Guests may wish to take advantage of our restored Queensland Rail carriage for preparing their own breakfasts or evening meal, and our fully restored Lounge carriage for games and swap library. A continental style breakfast pack is available for purchase at the office.

Travel time from Brisbane by car is approx. 70 minutes. The nearest airport is Sunshine coast Airport at Maroochydore, 40 minutes by car, or Brisbane Airport, 75 minutes away. We will collect guests from the Glass House Mountains Train station with advance notice. |

Only 50 metres from the Glasshouse Mountains National park, a range of self guided walks allow you to explore these majestic volcanic peaks that are over 25 million years old. A visit to Australia Zoo is only 10 minutes away and the beautiful Sunshine Coast beaches only 30 minutes away. The townships of Maleny and Montville on the Blackall Ranges are a beautiful hinterland drive only 30 minutes away. Whether you want a relaxing break or a more active holiday, our manager can arrange a suitable itinerary for your stay. |
