The All Seasons Phillip Island Resort offers accommodation conveniently located in the centre of Phillip Island just two kilometres from the Cowes shopping precinct with its safe bay beaches and only five kilometres from the Grand Prix circuit and the popular patrolled surf beach of Smith's Beach.

The reforestation of the Resort with over 200,000 indigenous plants encouraging the return of native wildlife, establishment of wetlands and water retention basins to control stormwater discharge downstream, preservation of significant remnant vegetation on site through the establishment of conservation precincts, participation in Phillip Island Landcare wildlife corridor program. The Resort has arranged to take treated water from Westernport Water for irrigation on site and around accommodation to help reduce the demand on this precious resource.

By car (From Melbourne)
Take the South Eastern Arterial (M1) to the Cranbourne exit
Follow the exit on left onto the South Gippsland Highway (M420).
Follow the signs to Cranbourne/Phillip Island onto the Bass Highway (A420) which will take you through Grantville and past Corinella and Bass.
Turn right at the roundabout at Anderson onto the Phillip Island Tourist Road (B420) through to San Remo, over the bridge, through Newhaven to Cowes.
All Seasons Phillip Island Resort is on your right just before you enter Cowes.
