The 10 storey high rise is an icon on the famous Mooloolaba spit. Mooloolaba is one of a few seaside towns with a northerly facing beach on the eastern seaboard of Australia.

All apartments at '84' are sunny north facing towards the beach. There are spectacular Ocean & Beach views available. Enjoy a glass of wine sitting on your private balcony and watch the yachts and fishing trawlers head for home around Point Cartwright, through the Mooloolah River entrance and back to the harbour. Most apartments have full length windows and sliding doors to take full advantage of the ocean views and breezes.

There are also lower level apartments with a peaceful foreshore view. '84' has direct boardwalk and beach access with no Roads to cross. All apartments are spacious and fully self contained with 2 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms with full Laundry Facilities.

BOOKING & CANCELLATION POLICY FOR HOLIDAY LETTING

84 The Spit adopts the following practice when dealing with the booking and cancellation of a holiday booking.

All bookings, regardless of how far in advance they are made, must be confirmed by a deposit at time of making the booking if it is to be secured. A deposit of $200 low season, $300 Mid & Shoulder seasons & $500 for high season is required to confirm the booking. Bookings exceeding 4 weeks require a deposit of not less than one week’s tariff.

HIGH SEASON
1. If the booking is cancelled 28 days or more prior to the planned date of arrival, there will be a full refund of deposit less an administration fee of $50.00.
2. If the booking is cancelled less than 28 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund of deposit unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, an administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded.

MID, SHOULDER & LOW SEASON
1. If the booking is cancelled 14 days or more prior to the planned arrival date, there will be a full refund less an administration fee of $50.00
2. If the booking is cancelled less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund of deposit unless and until the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, an administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded.

SHORT NOTICE BOOKINGS
1. Where a booking is made less than 14 days prior to the planned arrival date, there will be no refund of deposit unless the apartment is re-let for the total period of the original booking. If re-let, an administration fee of $50.00 will be deducted from the deposit before the remainder is refunded.

CONFIRMED BOOKINGS
1. A booking that has not been confirmed by a deposit being paid is not guaranteed.
2. The balance of the tariff is due on arrival (or such other times as stated.)
