Travel straight up the main street at Maleny, Maple St., and at the top of the town there’s a police station on the left. From this point to the Hideaway is exactly 4.6 kms. if you want to set your trip meter.
Continue along the Maleny-Kenilworth Rd. (taking the right fork when you see the Reesville sign) until you see our sign on the left. (Note – Ignore street numbers in this road as they are not consecutive!)
Turn down the side road here (signposted as Sidney Lane) and follow the sealed road until you see our "Welcome" sign.

Around here, every road is a scenic route. Driving or biking is a pleasure. However, it's worth exploring on foot, too. Venture into Kenilworth State Forest or to Kondalilla and Gardners Falls. At Mary Cairncross Park you'll find a living nature museum: one of the world's great panoramas and an enchanting stroll through 50 hectares of untouched rainforest. Sail, canoe and fish on spectacular Lake Baroon. Have a picnic. Visit nearby Sunshine Coast beaches and tourist attractions. Relax! There's always something to do around Maleny. "Tourism Maleny"
