Reception hours are from 7.00am - 11.00pm Monday -Sunday. Guest MUST check in between these reception hours.

No reservations will be accepted without a valid credit card in the name of the reservation. No Check in will be accepted after 23.00hrs Monday to Sunday. All reservations will be forfeited after these hours and the accommodation will be charged as per our cancellation policy. No refund will be given.

A $200 credit card per-auth will be required on arrival, otherwise a refund will not be available. Please also note photo-id must be presented on check-in. Quest Potts Point does not accept cash as a mean of security bond.

Quest Potts Point is a strictly non-smoking property. Where a smoke odor is detected in the apartment or its immediate surroundings, a $500.00 cleaning charge will be applied.

Limited offsite car parking is available at $40 per day. Prior notice necessary. Please note that due to Reception hours Parking is only available between the hours of 7:00am - 11.00pm Monday - Sunday

Heading toward the city from the airport take the Kings Cross exit and turn right on William Street. Up the hill three blocks and take the left-hand exit to Kings Cross. Take the first left into Victoria Street. Travel approximately 70 metres down Victoria Street, turn right at Earl Street. Follow Earl Street as it merges into Earl Place, then Springfield Avenue. Alternative entry (non-vehicular) via Springfield Plaza, off Darlinghurst Road.

By train to Kings Cross Station (5 minutes walk south to hotel). If coming from the airport change at Central from the airport line to the Eastern Suburbs Line.

From the City 324, 325 & 311 bus routes all pass nearby and we are within 5 minutes walk of Taylor Square (Oxford Street).
