| Hotel Cancellation Policy: |
| A minimum of 48 hours notice is required by this property for cancellations. Cancellations made within 48 hours of checkin time, forfeit the full amount for the first night cancelled. |
Additional policy: (Any additional charges are payable direct to the hotel)
Use of sofa bed charged at $15 per night, maximum two (2) adults. Cots are charged at $15.00 per night.
Extra person cost is $30.00 per person, per night for a roll-away bed, paid direct to apartments.
Children stay free using existing bedding.
We have a no visitor policy after 9pm.
We do not accept local \"party bookings\".
We have the right to refuse any booking on arrival.
Bond amount: We may request a bond of up to $500.
Please note: At Franklin Central Apartments we have a strict \"no party\" policy. Sorry but we will not accept bookings that have been made locally or with the intention of having a party, get together, after formal party etc. If at all we suspect your booking may violate this we will have your booking cancelled. Or at check-in if we suspect your booking is going to cause other guests some disruption/discomfort, your booking will be refused and no refund issued. This is a strict policy which we will enforce. This is for the comfort of all our valued guests.
For our guests safety we have security patrolling onsite. If you are found to be breaking any of our terms and conditions you will be asked to leave with no refund.
All bookings are required to provide a valid credit card at check-in as a guarantee for any incidentals etc. |

There is limited under cover car parking in the secure basement car park at a cost of $15.00 per day. Guests are issued with a remote to come and go as they please. Parking is subject to availability at check in.
Alternate car parking is available at several local multi-level car parks within minutes of the apartments, a discounted price has been arranged for our guests at some locations. |
