The Sebel Residence East Perth is a luxury four star apartment hotel, situated in the heart of fashionable East Perth overlooking the majestic Swan River. Consisting of 57 self-contained studios, one and two bedroom apartments, the hotel boasts a gymnasium, outdoor heated lap pool, laundry facilities and internet kiosks. Five independently owned restaurants, bar and cafes on the complex offer a variety of culinary delights.
Please note apartments are serviced twice weekly, but daily refreshing can be arranged for $13.00, or daily servicing for $20.00 per studio and $25.00 per one bedroom suite respectively.

The hotel is located on the corner of Royal and Plain streets. The Central Transit System (CAT), a free bus service that picks you up from outside the hotel every ten minutes (weekdays) offering quick transportation into the CBD and access to the train and bus stations. The hotel is 11km from both the domestic and international terminals, taxis charge around $25. |
