It's official - the Royal Flying Doctor is Queensland's most popular icon, according to a new poll which ranked the state's best loved attributes.

Over 30,000 votes were cast in the State Government's Q150 icon poll, with the Royal Flying Doctor coming in at number one.

Other results, run as part of Queensland's Q150 celebrations, include:
